Pompano Beach, Fla. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $30 million sale of Pompano Plaza, a 126,928-square-foot shopping center located roughly 36 miles north of Miami in Pompan
o Beach.
Publix, Marshalls, Office Depot and Tuesday Morning anchor the fully leased center. Mark Gilbert, Adam Feinstein and Mitchell Halpern of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the disposition on behalf of the seller, Pompano Plaza Ltd. Pittsburgh-based ECHO Realty acquired the property in a joint venture with Publix.
